Gentle daily cleansing
It can be harmful to use shampoos with harsh or problematic ingredients on the scalp every day. How To Maintain Scalp Health
Follow this hair cleansing routine everyday or every other day to maintain your scalp health the Hårklinikken way.
Start by thoroughly wetting your hair with warm or lukewarm water. If your hair is dry or damaged, apply conditioner to the lengths of your hair, from about your ears down, and leave it on for a few minutes. Next, emulsify your shampoo by working a couple of pumps between your fingers. Then, using your fingertips (never your nails - it’s easy to inadvertently damage your scalp), gently massage in the emulsified shampoo, paying special attention to the back and crown for about 30 seconds. Finally, rinse your scalp and hair thoroughly, gently squeezing excess water from your hair before moving on to drying and styling.
