One month fail

I signed up for the monthly hair supplement and I used it for a month- noticed nothing which was ok it was just a month- and never received a second shipment of pills. Ups lost if- that's not their fault- but I contacted harlinikken and was told to buy a new bottle and if ups was in the wrong they will reimburse me. Yeah I'm not spending over $200 a month for something brand new. I wrote back and they never responded. Cancelled.

I did not read the instructions regarding caffeine use for the first 4 weeks. Now have strictly followed this advice. I now, 4 weeks later, feel that my scalp is improving.

Update so far

I have not found much of change the quality of my hair. I am wanting to stay with the product but the inconsistency of the product being available has been frustrating. I am on a subscription but there are lapses in time between shipments and that may cause my progress to stall. I have heard great things about the brand so I am willing to stay with it for now.

I think it's been good but it seems that there is a supply shortage from time to time so the use can't be consistent due to orders being delay and so forth.

Difficult instructions

When you can use the product and how to use it is as difficult as pronouncing the name of the brand. I was told to wait on using the product until after drinking caffeine and wait a long time after washing hair. Still not sure how other products interfere with use. Amount of liquid told to use is too much and can't be absorbed causing run off down head and neck. This program does not fit well into regular life.
