How to Use Balancing Shampoo
Wet your hair, apply Balancing Shampoo to scalp (only) and massage thoroughly for approximately 30 seconds before rinsing.
For particularly dry hair, apply Daily Conditioner to the lengths and leave on for 2-3 minutes before shampooing for added hydration and protection.

so far, great! I waited to review until I used the product at least twice. It really reduced my hairs shedding. Every time Ihave used the shampoo, my shedding is greatly reduced. I started using Hårklinikken when my hair was falling out and feeling super unbalanced (greasy scalp, dry ends) after trying all kinds of natural shampoos. I switched to this line probably 5 years ago and have never looked back. My hair is the longest, strongest, and healthiest its been, even with balayage a few times a year and swimming in the sea every day of summer. I never want to use another line — this is the best and 100% worth the price!
I have been using this shampoo along with the entire system customized for me and I have seen a great improvement along with Hormone replacement and thyroid medication which I have been on years before staring Harklinikken. I have noticed a big improvement in the last 5 months of using the Harklinkkin product. I think hairloss is a multifaceted issue. We have to look at it all to get improvement especially in menopause.

Been using this product over 3 years. It hasn't been detrimental, but I haven’t seen much change. Then the cost of a 10-15 minute video call with a counselor went from included with my subscription to $100/call. I’ve switched to another product.

It is a good shampoo but about half the bottle leaked out in transit and NO ONE has reached out to me about it. I emailed a couple of times - no response.
Ever since I started the Harklinnikin products, my skin has been broken out and itchy. When I brought this up at a consultation, and I shared that I am sensitive to dairy (there is whey in the products)… I was told they’d never had that reaction before and that I should continue with the product.
While my hair felt fine with the shampoo, after almost two years of use, I stopped bc my skin was so aggravated… and within days my skin cleared.
