How to Use Hair Mask
Use a hazelnut size amount of the Hair Mask as a leave-in conditioner before bed, or you can apply it to damp hair after cleansing. The mask works equally well on damp or dry hair.
For best results, leave the hair mask in overnight — each hair strand is moisturized from deep within to strengthen the hair.

Love love love! Doesn’t take much even for long hair! I used this after I had towel dried hair after washing scalp with Balancing shampoo and ends with the Daily Conditioner. Then rinsed it out applied Creme and blow dried as usual and after one use my hair felt like it use to full shiny ends looked great brought my curls back! I also applied it to the ends and put it in a loose side braid for overnight after I applied the Extract to scalp.

Not sure what to say. I'm happy it does not have a strong smell, but really how does one judge what it does, if anything? It's fine but can't tell that it does anything good or bad. I guess I just trust it's good for my hair, but no way to tell. Can't tell a difference after using it for a year and a half.
I have super fine hair and usually intense conditioners or masks weigh my hair down but after I use this mask, my hair is shiny and super healthy looking - not easily achievable for someone with my fine hair.
I use this mask before swimming as well as overnight. I’d wholeheartedly recommend it.
